What counts as a meter?
A meter is any endpoint that generates interval or register data — residential, commercial, or industrial. If you have 8,000 residential meters and 500 commercial meters, your meter count is 8,500.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan includes a 14-day free trial with full access to all features in that tier. No credit card required to start. At the end of the trial, choose your plan — or your account pauses with 90 days to export data.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Annual plans save approximately two months compared to monthly billing. Starter: $4,990/year (vs $5,988 monthly), Professional: $12,990/year (vs $15,588), Enterprise: $34,990/year (vs $41,988).
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade any time — it takes effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No penalties or hidden fees for switching plans.
